When constructing this belt we go to great lengths to create the right feel and maximum strength. We start with one bicycle inner tube slipped inside another to create four layers of rubber. Then we add just the right amount of stitching to cut down the stretchiness. The final product is super strong and stretches just enough for comfort. Unlike a leather belt our rubber won’t elongate over time.
