I've used many locks over my years of riding and owning bikes, and this one is pretty darn great. I commute in the big city, and often leave my bike out on the street. My previous favorite lock was a Kryptonite Mini (which was good), but this one beats it in both security and weight. It's super light, meaning I can put it in any bag, or even my back pocket, and almost forget that it's there. Unlike the Kryptonite, it locks at both ends of the shackle, which means someone would need to cut through both to get your bike. The kryptonite uses a bent foot at one end, so it's easier to pry/cut off. Even though it costs more, this lock is definitely worth it. I use it every day, in all weather, and it has yet to gunk up and stop working. I rate it 5 out of 5
